Unit 1: Pre Licensing Course
Your pathway for an exciting career in real estate sales, commences with mastering fundamental knowledge during this 60hr course. Topics of discussion include: Property Law, Agency, Contract Law, Appraisals, Representation, Financing, Consumer Protection Statutes, Ethics, and so much more! Students will leave with an in-depth knowledge of realty concepts that can used in practice. Our class content has been approved by the SC Real Estate Commission and combines discussions, group projects, visual presentations, and case studies to deepen the content knowledge. Students walk way with concepts for real-life application.
This seventeen session course is our most popular course offering and is limited to a maximum of 25 students per class.

Unit 2: Advanced Principles
This course can only be taken after a student has successfully completed Unit-1 Pre-Licensing. Upon completion, the student is eligible to receive an active license to work under a Broker-In-Charge. Our class content has been approved by the SC Real Estate Commission and combines discussions, group projects, visual presentations, and case studies to deepen the content knowledge. Mandatory Continuing Education
The South Carolina Real Estate Commission has determined that in order better protect the interest of the public, real estate professionals must participate in mandatory continuing education, bi-annually. Courses range from refreshers in representation, new laws, techniques in representing the public, and/or ethics training. There are typically 6-8hrs of core course studies and 2-4hrs of electives. Don’t wait until it’s too late to renew your license and be faced with the threat of full classes, register early and complete your required renewal hours.
Exam Prep Crash Course
The anxiety of passing the required state exam in order to become a licensed real estate professional can become overwhelming. Ease your stress by attending this 2 hour session that overviews fundamental information and offering students pneumonic concepts that can be applied during their testing session. Students will receive a study guide with enrollment. Please Note: Attending this session does not guarantee passage.
