Course Description
The South Carolina Real Estate Commission has determined that in order better protect the interest of the public, real estate professionals must participate in mandatory continuing education, bi-annually. Courses range from refreshers in representation, new laws, techniques in representing the public, and/or ethics training. There are typically 6-8hrs of core course studies and 2-4hrs of electives. Don’t wait until it’s too late to renew your license and be faced with the threat of full classes, register early and complete your required renewal hours.
