- Perpetual Real Estate School of South Carolina does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, gender, or sexual orientation. Any tuition-paid student may attend the specified, registered course and must have a high school diploma or equivalent according to SC State Law.
- In order to receive a Refund, you must cancel your attendance 7 days before the first day of the enrolled course. You may transfer your enrollment to another scheduled course date ($45 Transfer fee will apply). Students must transfer their cancelled enrollment to another open course date within 90-days of cancellation. Upon the 91st day from the date the initial deposit was made, if a student has not transferred enrollment to another open course date, all refunds are forfeited.
- Students are considered fully-enrolled upon the first day of attendance. There are no refunds granted if a student withdraws any time during scheduled course dates.
- Students must attend all scheduled course hours to receive a Certificate of Completion. Please note, each course has session breaks included in the schedule and students are to return from breaks on-time in order to receive credit for that session.
- If for any reason, a student must be Absent or Tardy on a particular day during a course, students can purchase make up sessions ($35 per session). Students missing more than 2 full days of a course will be considered withdrawn.
- Any missed sessions must be made up within 30 days of the last enrolled course date.
- All tuition payments must be paid at the time of enrollment via credit card, money order, or certified funds. PRESSC does not accept personal or business checks.
- Phones and electronics are not permitted during course instruction. Please use them during scheduled breaks. There are no recordings, tapings, or videoing of course instruction. Please contact school prior to the first day of attendance for any special accommodations.
- In order to receive a Certificate of Completion, Unit 1 students will take a Final Exam with 100 questions on the national portion and 25 questions on the state portion. You must pass 75% of each portion (75 correct on the national portion, 19 correct on the state portion). Students will have three hours to complete the national portion and one hour to complete the state portion. Unit 2 students will take session summary quizzes and must pass with 75% of the quiz items being correct.
- If a student does not pass their Final Exam, they may complete the first retake, at no charge. If additional retakes are necessary, the student may complete two additional retakes at a charge of $25 per exam portion/retake. Retakes must be completed within 90 days of the last date of the enrolled course.
- Perpetual RESSC’s Confident Preparation Guarantee: Our school is committed to your successful entry to becoming a licensed real estate professional. If you do not pass the PSI exam within 30 days of the last date of the enrolled course, you may elect to enroll in the Exam Prep Crash Course. You will receive 25% off the normal enrollment costs for this course. You must provide proof of failing the PSI exam.
- Students acknowledge that Perpetual Real Estate School is not liable and holds no responsibility in the prospective performance on the PSI Examination for licensing nor in the transactionary success of a fully licensed student.
